I’m always looking for new, all natural skin care products to help my stubborn skin, especially that dry and itchy skin that comes with the colder weather. I especially like Farmacy Beauty’s new Honey Potion because it is cruelty-free and free of formaldehyde, artificial colouring, parabens, sulfates and phthalates, all chemicals that can do a number on your body. And, it actually works. When applied, it turns from the golden honey hue to a creamy mask, gently warming your skin. After approximately 10-15 minutes, you rinse the mask off and your skin immediately feels refreshed and renewed. [As tempting as it may be, remember that Farmacy Beauty’s Honey Potion is for external use only.]

Farmacy Beauty’s Honey Potion Review

While my skin loves this all natural product, it also satisfies this nature lover’s heart. In recent years, the media has been buzzing with stories about the decline of our global bee populations. Researchers say there could be many reasons for the decline - everything from parasites and bacteria to loss of habitat and use of pesticides. Why should we care? While bees may cause a sense of fear in some, these little critters actually play a vital role in our everyday life. Through pollination, bees help produce many fruits and vegetable crops. In fact, it’s estimated that bees are responsible for about one in every three bites of food in our country! So long story short, you can thank the bees for providing you with breakfast, lunch and dinner today.

There are many ways that you can do your part to help conserve the honey bees, including supporting honey producers. If you love all natural skin care, one way you can help is to purchase Farmacy Beauty’s Honey Potion. To sweeten the deal, from now until the end of 2016, Farmacy will be donating $1 for every Honey Potion sold to the City Growers organization, a nonprofit that engages city kids in active learning about where food comes from—including the importance of bees, pollination, and the production of honey.

Farm-grown, hand-picked botanicals define Farmacy beauty, which fuses age-old wisdom with cutting-edge technologies to create irritant-free bioactive formulations for fresh, radiant skin. You can learn more about Farmacy Beauty and their amazing line of products here:  Instagram  |  Facebook  |  Pinterest
