Walking with Wolves

Steve FINALLY got to meet all the wolves at the zoo, and now considers himself a professional outdoorsman.

The Alaska Zoo's pack of grey wolves arrived at the Alaska Zoo in spring 2006, and consists of 6 members (3 males and 3 females).

Please note, these are trained professionals that have been working with these animals for several years, and as a result have developed a very unique and special bond with them. Taking the wolves for daily walks and allowing them to interact with people is a great form of enrichment.
