No Bake Energy Bites

Morning is always such a busy time in my house. Get up, wash my face, make coffee, get dressed, do my hair/face, grab what I need for the day (making sure not to forget the coffee) and out the door I go. Because of the rush, one of my worst habits is skipping breakfast. I know, "the most important meal of the day".

no bake energy bites recipe

This recipe for no bake energy bites has helped break this bad habit. These bites are so simple to make, with minimal mess and no baking, and with a yield of 3 dozen, will last the entire week. They pass the "healthy but taste delicious" test, and are perfect for anyone that needs to grab and go in the morning, such as myself. Enjoy!

  2. LOVE energy bites. I made some a while ago, but they actually hardened too quickly. I'll have to try your recipe!

  3. These sound so amazing. I would love to try making energy bites but I can definitely see myself eating them all in one sitting. They kind of look cookie dough-y.
